  • If work has already started or resources have been allocated, the cancellation may be subject to partial charges based on completed work.

However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and no work has been initiated.
  • Duplicate or accidental payment was made.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

While SEOXREACH aims to deliver measurable improvements in traffic and visibility, we do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, conversions, or sales, as these depend on multiple external factors such as:

  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Market competition
  • Client’s website performance and maintenance

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of expectations or perceived results that fall outside the agreed scope of work.

6. Project Delivery and Client Cooperation

Successful project delivery requires timely communication and approvals from the client.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., missing inputs, content, or approvals) are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Third-Party Costs

Certain services may involve third-party tools or paid platforms (e.g., Google Ads, hosting, or SEO software).
Payments made toward such tools or platforms are non-refundable, as they are billed directly to SeoxReach by external providers.
